  I have seen many hotels, but this one exceed my expectations and experience hundred times. Incredible clean. More clean than in my own house, and have in mind that I am perfectionist in cleaning. We had a very early leaving, so the hotel staff prepared for us 2 bags with food. Location is 10 min.away from the Old Town. Near you have - Great location, close to the touristy center but in a very quiet area, also close to the area with cafes, restaurants, bars and small artsy shops. Comfortable beds, on our request down comforters and pillows that we were allergic to were changed for synthetic hypoalergenic ones. Wonderful, comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Free fast internet.

  Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful (I rushed in from the car after a long drive and needed to use the WC before even checking in and they were very helpful!). The room was beautiful, modern, big and airy. It is directly across from the famous restaurant Auerbach's Keller where Goethe sets the scene in which Faust sells his soul to the devil. Great meal and wonderful paintings.   One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The personel were extremely attentive, and practically predicted our wishes. The staff was great with recommendations and made all the necessary arrangements for dinner reservations (and changing them when we got caught up in shopping) ...etc. The service in this hotel was second to none. We stayed in a "grand" room, which wa - What a great hotel. This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel lobby is big bright and modern and sets the tone for ones stay . The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.
