  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs. In fact, we're already thinking about a trip back to Berlin for maybe nex - Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave. The ceilings were very high in the rooms giving them a very spacious feel. Double room had a large bathroom wth a big showe

  We are really enjoyed this apartment during our three days stay in Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station). We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment. Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They showed rooms, explained how to use stuff and etc. Rooms were very clean ... wat mensen zeggen » and well equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay, relax and cooking. I asked to enable a Wi-Fi internet beforehand (we payed separately - Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).
