  everything !! It is a fantastic hotel , with a beautiful pool - Logistic, rooms, location, service - Fantastic location, amazing spa and the service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. Very easy access to the spa from your room, no need to go through other parts of the hotel which was much appreciated.

  Excellent hotel and holiday base in a magnificent setting. Staff very pleasant and made every effort to make our stay perfect. We had a junior suite in the 'Residence', a new wing with modern décor and spacious rooms, with a large, south-facing covered balcony / terrace; we'll ask for the same next time. Food plenteous and very good. Choice of buf... wat mensen zeggen » fet and à la carte every evening; Wednesday's Italian buffet highly recommended. The hotel is child and dog friendly. Our 7-year old daughter rates th - Absolutely excellent hotel situated in amazingly beautiful 'Bechtesgaden' setting. Staff is very attentive, we were warmly welcomed, and although the weather was terrible they still made our stay into a warm and cozy experience. Tastefully and warmly furnished overall, comfortable and clean rooms. Restaurant is pleasently staffed and the food is excellent, both from buffet and a-la-carte. An absolutely wonderfull experience overall! Can't say anything less! We'd love to be back soon.

  Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service
