  The apartment was good for 3 travelling together. 1 double bedroom and a living / sleeping area with 2 bathrooms. It was spacious, comfortable and within walking distance from Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof. Kitchen facilities were adequate (no sink plug) with supermarket nearby.   Sarah is an incredibly gracious and lovely, accommodating host. Her place is blitzsauber! The rooms are adorable. The location exquisit. When my wife came down ill the morning we were leaving, she was so warm and helpful. Fortunately the hospital is only 2 minutes away. With all the stress of my wife in the hospital and needing to - Loved our stay here, sarah is brilliant, and as others have said her breakfasts are amazing, we were lucky enough to stay when the weather was very hot, and would have a pot of coffee in the lovely garden before settling down to the amazing breakfast, we took photos of the spread it was that good, the location is right near train station so you can get in and out of munich really easily, after the busy city the area is a haven, the house is beautiful and our room with veranda was stunning, this
