Good location with only a short walk into the main square of Munich and also close to the main railway station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to travellers who like value for money.
Further up the street nearer to the main train station were sleazy strip joints but this didn't worry us at all as we didn't go that way at night.

The hotel is close to the centre of Munich.The rooms are comfortable, clean and big enough as a big city hotel. Friendly and warm welcome. Parking place is available. If not, they give effort to find a solution.
An extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and our room had a bath tub! Nice breakfast.
The hotel is well located for walking to see the sights,but it on the edge of a seedy area. About a block in one direction , there are sex clubs, casinos etc. the other direction is very nice and upscale. Also, the Wifi connection was problematical.

Excellent, helpful staff and a very classy and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent - great value overall for this hotel, which is indeed 10 minutes walk from the New City Hall! I will definitely look to come back.
Parking ended up working out well for us, but this could be organized better. Also, I believe in the heat of summer air conditioning would be an asset.

This hotel is perfect for those who are looking for a short budget stay near the railway station. We have stayed in this hotel for 1 night and had a room for 3. All beds were very comfortable and room was big enough for 3 people. The breakfast was very satisfying. The railway station is only 5-10 minutes away by walk. I would stay there again.
We liked everything about this hotel. The staff was kind and extremely helpful, the room was beautiful, with everything we needed and a nice street view. Breakfast was delicious and with great coffee, and the location is privileged, close to the station and downtown. Highly recommendable!
Helpful staff
Some of the staff were wonderfully friendly, the breakfast had ample variety, and the location made it easy to get to all of the sights. Some reviewers have noted the less desirable neighborhood between the Hbf and hotel. There are casinos and such, but we never felt unsafe - and we only ever saw this on arrival and departure to Munich. Otherwise getting to all if the main sights was an easy 10 min. walk to the Sedlingor Tor U-Bahn station.
Not a dislike, but for other travelers be aware that this is a typical smaller hotel in a big city - very small lift and bathroom, and older decor that seemed suited for a grandmothers house. Would still consider staying there again.
Very good room, perfect conditions to stay. We have made an emergency booking and 10 minutes later we've been at the hotel... In the moment we arrived, our room was already set up. Perfect stay. We will come back
Great staff. Rooms a bit small but standard for Europe. Very clean, very nice. Breakfast buffet a limited selection but high quality and very tasty. Wifi was very strong in our room.

The hotel is a little older. The bathroom was recently renovated but the rest of the room could use a touch of modernization. Overall OK though.

Very nice breakfast buffet. Only 15 minute walk to city center. Lower room rate than other hotels makes Kraft Hotel a good value.
Shower stall with folding doors was difficult to manage. A bit too close to "seedy" area near the railway station. Rooms and reception area are small.

Not polite Staff, towels where dirty and rooms without airconditioned with poor/old finishing. I visited many times Munich, but this one was one of the worst.
