The staff is very helpful and trying to accommodate our requests.
The apartment is clean, same goes to the bathroom and toilets.
It is situated next to a supermarket and very convenience to get our daily groceries and food stuff.
Nice and warm with comfy beds. Apartments have good Wifi reception. There are washers and dryers in the basement and a supermarket and McD's near by as well as some other food places. Underground station isnt far away.alle beoordelingen »
Price was excellent. Staff spoke english! Very accomodating and helpful.

Close to two underground stations, a grocery store is next door and the
small kitchenette is convenient. We were there for Oktoberfest and
stayed here based on a cheaper price and trying to save some money, only
reason why we picked this place.
Stayed for Beer fest. Good value and easy to get to on the U bahn, it served the purpose. Enjoyed the complementary beers and ginger bread.

Was a bit expensive for the location and whilst the apartments were tidy and warm they didnt have any basic kitchen equipment as that had to be hired for extra.
The elevator was frightenly small. The sheets were sewn together, like a sleeping bag but you couldn't unzip them, very clostrophobic!.
Bathrooms were not cleaned very often, thin walls so it was noisy during
some of the nights.
Not kitchen ware in room, feels a bit like a halfway house.

We may have had the exception, but customer service was shocking. We only wanted to ask for a taxi to be booked but were made to feel that we were asking for the earth. The attitude that this member if staff had would put me off coming back or recommending it to anyone else.
The lack of local information, to find out the best way into the centre we had to walk about half a mile to a really helpful petrol station.
The staff was talking on the phone when we arrived. It was clearly personal phone call but she was in no hurry to help us and she didn't apologize when she did finally recognize us.
Internet does not works.
The wifi is not working.
The older lady working was unhelpful and rude. It seemed a great inconvienince to her that we were asking to check in, or dishes or plates which were not in the room. The internet was down more often than not and our sink backed up spilling greasy dirt onto the floor.
the water was icy cold for the 1½ day of our 2-day stay. difficult to find parking space nearby.
This is a really budget place, no kidding. I ended up paying the amount and not staying there.
I had the worst experience of my life.
1)The staff of the accommodation welcomed me in the most unpleasant way possible because of some issue with my check in timing.
2) There was NOT internet connection;
3) The toilets were simply disgusting and FILTHY (I am sorry to say that I had to find an alternative to do my personal physical needs).
4) really poor cleanness of the room.
There is no private bathroom. The one they have is shared with all
people on the floor. There was a hole in the wall, beds are not
very comfortable and it wasn't very clean. Very expensive for
such quality.
