  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Since it's located in the very end of the block you can enjoy peace and silence even though the front is a very busy neighbourhoud with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, ...   This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's tucked away in a courtyard, so it's pretty quiet. The building is new and modern, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! A great selection of baked goods, yogurt, eggs, sausage, etc. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Also a fun, hip area with lots of restaurants a few blocks - The room for vary spacious, completely renewed and really very clean. The breakfast was very good and the waiters always working so that you get all you needed. While we arrived late after midnight everything was perfectly organised so that someone was reachable to give us our keys. The hotel is a good compromise between downtown and Adlersholf scientific area

  Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast with fresh ground coffee. The hotel is inside a courtyard so no noisy traffic. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Lots of guide book(s) recommended good eating and interesting shopping places just 400 metres away, along the same street, around Boxhagner Plaz. Good quality cycle hire; a safe, comfortable and easy way - When we arrived, the hotel didn`t know about our booking. It wasn`t fully booked fortunately, so we had got an apartment much bigger than a double room we have booked and at the same price. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The hotel is quite close to U-bahn station and there are many restaurants nearby with a variety of food.

  Great location, beautiful apartment in a modern boutique design. The pictures don't do the apartment justice as it a lot bigger and better looking in real life. The girl that greeted us was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible in Berlin. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apt. For 6 nights. Katrin and Josefine were very nice and helpful. We had our cell phone with us so contacting them to arrange key handover was not a problem. The apartment is amazing! 2 large bedrooms, a really nice living room and a fully equipped kitchen! It was very clean and comfortable.   Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't preorder breakast, but we got it at a discount price when we arrived. Breakfast tables both inside and under canopy in the yard. Free parking (24/7) in a nearby side street was relatively easy to get. 2 underground stations (diffe - Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed
