  The attention to detail was very obvious compared with other hotels, eg coffee maker, complimentary welcome gift of wine and snack, provision of books about Germany in all languages. Character of decor was consistent, staff was very helpful and we were greeted with a glass of champagne as we checked in. The breakfast was extra, but it was beautifu... wat mensen zeggen » lly done with a very friendly staff. Location was great - near two underground stations and not far from the river. - The room was excellent: very comfortable, quiet and clean - it even had a Nespresso machine! The staff were always friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. The whole place is very stylish.
