  Zeer comfortabel, ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zelfs zeep voor de vaatwasser en plasticfolie zijn aanwezig, handig bij een kort verblijf! Close to U-bahn and S-bahn stations, making travel around Berlin a breeze. Clean and modern style with a well appointed kitchen. Very attentive owners / staff that were there on time for our arrival and very responsive with all questions before and during our stay. - The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.

  We loved the morden design of the apartment. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is 5 min walk to Metro/train station. The manager is super friendly and responsive, he even loaned his cell phone for us to use during the stay. We had a great time in Berlin! - New, extremely spacious apartment with a great location. Het ontbijt is okee, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Voor luxere ontbijtjes kun je beter de stad ingaan. Hotel ligt direct aan de metro dus super verbinding qua ov.

  Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2 minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes including the hotel itself. Many restaurants are near by. It - Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn.   Booked a one bedroom with balcony as I like having outdoor space. Very large, fully equiped-even had a coffee maker! Took a tea towel as recommended by another review. Everything else supplied. Great location. Great for self-catering & superb location. Halal supermarket, bike hire & numerous eateries within 20 metres. Key pick up is at World of Beers shop as other reviewers stated(helpful i - The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself. We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money
