The decor and attention to detail....Personal style and not typical chain hotel...Good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant... We loved the morden design of the apartment. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is 5 min walk to Metro/train station. The manager is super friendly and responsive, he even loaned his cell phone for us to use during the stay. We had a great time in Berlin! -

Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

Veel vrijheid aangezien je bij aankomst de sleutel krijgt en aan het eind gewoon in het appartement achterlaat. De eigenaar spreekt Nederlands. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I really like the fact that
even sharing the room with other people we could have some privacy and
space, having beds with courtines and drawres were we can lock our
stuff. The communal areas were cleaned and the breakfast were good as

to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best
will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights
there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they
all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is
helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use
them again
