Position of the department was fantastic. It had all that we needed. Close to transport, restaurants and city centre. Apartment was very comfortable. Easy and friendly check in. The staff is super nice and helpful will stay there again if go travel in cologne ：). Nice area with plenty of bars, restaurants and bakeries and local feel. Clean little apartment with separate kitchenette. Free wi-fi worked fine. (Cologne is a nice place anyway.) The "reception" is the "kiosk" (small shop) next door.
