het appartement was superschoon en de sleuteloverdracht verliep vlekkeloos de ligging is erg centraal (je kunt elke dag een kant van Berlijn uitkammen)

het appartement is ingericht met goedkoop meubilair (voor de prijs mag je iets beter/sfeervoller verwachten) de wijk rond het appartement is sfeerloos (veel grote gebouwen, geen/weinig bomen in de straat)

Schoon appartement met vriendelijke eigenaar. Op loopafstand van vrijwel alle bezienswaardigheden in Mitte. Goed geisoleerd (zowel geluid als warmte) en goede voorzieningen. Een ontzettend prettig appartement op een superlocatie!

Internet was intermittent. Key handover was not precise enough. Need to pay cash on arrival was a surprise

Excellent location, we found the apartment easily, a representative of the owner was waiting for us there, gave us directions to a place to reach by public transportation were excellent, one-room apartment with a very large shower, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the TV tower, a place recommended.

Excellent location, an apartment in a residential block, 7th floor with panoramic views of the city. Very close to two U-Bahn stations and all city centre attractions within easy walking distance. Spacious, light, superbly appointed.

Not a lot but visitors should be aware that this is in a residential block so no reception desk.

The apartment is very well furnished and can easily accommodate a family of 3 with option for additional child bed on request for a small fee. The apartment is VERY CLOSE to many top attractions in Berlin. We could even take a small refreshing break at the apartment in the middle of the day during our trip! It is conveniently located near Mohrenstrasse subway station & Glinkastrasse bus stop. There is also a supermarket close by. The best of all, the care taker & proprietor... they really look out for you. It is not something you can ever expect even from a 5-star hotel. I am not staying anywhere else if I visit Berlin again. A very big thanks to Riccarda & Frank for a memorable stay.
