  Lovely hotel with nice rooms and wonderful pool and exercise facilities. Great location for walking around in the old city. Front desk staff were friendly and happy to speak English when needed due to our flawed German. - Staff were friendly and attentive, room was very clean and well decorated .   This is one of the very nicest hotels I have stayed in in Europe. The staff were polite and helpful, the food great (champagne with breakfast on Sunday!) the facilities outstanding (indoor pool, sauna, steamroom, spa, etc.) and the location was divine: the alpine scenery was straight out of "Heidi". We'd go back in a flash! I would recommend the su... wat mensen zeggen » ite, if you are staying for a week or more. - The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were very comfortable. The hotel was clean and inviting. The food was good.
