  This is a perfectly adequate mid-range budget hotel, in a modern building and therefore without any historical character! It is situated a short walk from Augsburg's main rail station (although rather further than we had been led to believe). Good access to local restaurants and shops, although at present it is a bit of a walk to reach most public... wat mensen zeggen » transport facilities. Augsburg as a city does not disappoint - it has a splendid collection of old buildings including one of the finest Town Halls i - We were pleasantly surprised, Ibis Augsburg and Augsburg itself far exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, efficient and hard-working. It was a great room layout, very comfortable bed, fabulous location, walk everywhere and two minutes from station. Value for money
