This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. The receptionists were very helpful and welcoming. Veronica, Thomas, and
Eva helped me a lot during my stay and were very kind and friendly
receptionists. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The location of
the hotel is perfect because its next to Erding train station which make
it very easy to go to Munich via train. I enjoyed my stay there

it's very likely for me to stay there next time I visit Erding. -
The location just accross the street from the S-bahn station is very
convenient. The room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was
very accomodating and helpful. Their most used English word was "of
course".

The wonderful apartment had a lot of place, extra-comfortable beds andvery warm atmosphere. The premiere tv was included in room price andthis is a really good feature. Breakfast buffet was excellent.
