good location, basic rooms, dont expect much and you will be happy. Friendly staff. The hotel was what I expected to be, since I know the city of Batumi well. balcony door couldnt be locked even when we have mentioned this nothing was done, poor staff - no willingness to help. Room was dirty when I arrived. Cleaning was not finished as I was told, but I left the room as soon as I checked in and after few hours when I returned it was still dirty.
