This hotel is fantastic. We stayed here with our 6-month old and our small French bulldog for a quick one-night getaway to visit the Christmas Markets. This place was amazing. We arrived early 4 hours early and were promptly checked in. The reception staff member was very welcoming and showed us to our room. We also met the co-owner at the end of our stay, and she was more than happy to provide a wealth of information. Wish I had gotten their names to thank them both. The location was fantastic, the building had a sense of tradition and the spa area was clean and very relaxing. I will be sure to return to this hotel.

Zeer mooie/ruime kamer met uitstekend uitzicht. De kamer had ik minder verwacht omdat ik de laagste prijsklasse koos - Het zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Mooie en nette kamers.Het ontbijt dat in orde is.

Everything, the lady at the concierge was very kind and helpful and the hotel was in a very good position in the center town near everything.

After a long day of sightseeing, this was the perfect place to "come home" to... the receptionist was friendly and efficient with the check in process and it was of course fantastic that she could speak to us in both English and German. nice new design hotel / room - very clean room incl. bathroom - extremely comfortable bed - noise proof window and quiet room (we had a park side one there can probably be some noise on highway side) - tasty rich buffet breakfast (wide range incl. possibility to make own juice from fresh orange) - nice clean fitness and spa (incl. perfect whirlpool and sauna - 3 possibilities) - close to public transport (app. 5 min. by walk to tram stop, and app. 5 min. to the city center by tram) - free large
