  Location was wonderful, accommodation had all mod cons but was also had heaps of character as it was set in an attic, in a very old building. Rhona was fantastic, and provided us with heaps on valuable information. Sarlat is a wonderful town, with lots and lots to see. - The location was incredible.

  It's basically a one-bedroom apartment, completely modern inside and in an historical building. Completely furnished kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, etc., flat screen TV, free wifi, washer/dryer combo, completely tiled modern bathroom, king-size bed. I've never seen such efficient use of space. Totally private, on a q - Le Porche de Sarlat is located in the old city of Sarlat and private car parking is located just outside the wall. Alex the owner was waiting for us when we arrived and explained all the appliances within the apartment which was new with all modern appliances and cooking requirements. Its located in an old stone building dating from the 1500's with cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. My impression of Sarlat was that it's a magical medieval town full of little streets and shop

  Travellers Paradise. This 'Gite' is a lovely guesthouse with nice rooms, really comfy beds (ergonomic beds to position yourself perfectly for sleep!), clean and modern bathrooms and great character. We are 23 years old and stayed 3 nights. It was hot weather but the rooms stayed cool and had a quiet roof light fan for the night - very nice. The... wat mensen zeggen » location couldn't be better, being close enough to the town centre to walk down in a few minutes but far enough out of the hussle and bustle and nois - We had a lovely experience at Christine and Bruno's place. It was much more than expected. Christine has gone to a lot of trouble decorating the room and making sure her guests are very comfortable. Both her and Bruno were very welcoming hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The accommodation is very close to the lovely picturesque town of Sarlat.It is within easy walking distance to the centre. This is truly value for money and I highly recommend It.

  Liked everything about this place. We were touring France for 3 weeks and this was the best! Michelle and Patrick were fantastic and happy to give you the time and talk to you, showing us where to go etc. Our son and his girlfriend had originally booked in across the road but Michelle organised for them to stay in the extra room in the house, s... wat mensen zeggen » o could be with us. Our room was in the 'chalet' at the bottom of the garden with it's own veranda, table and chairs. We were only 5 min walk from t - Comfortable room in your own little garden oasis. Even though it's extremely close to the city centre, you never feel that way as it's like a little haven away from the bustle of crowds and noise. Very accommodating and sweet hosts who were patient with my atrocious French and always ready to help. Considering the dismal breakfast choices in Sarlat, I was very thankful I opted for the breakfast every morning. It not only tied me over for lunch but on several days replaced my lunch! Would happil
