The La Palmeraie Holiday park is on the Island of Oleron. The park is near the town of Saint Georges dOleron. The Island of Oleron is the second largest French island after Corsica. Youll find delightful villages, woods, sandy beaches, small harbours, marsh areas and canals on the island. Oysters are a favourite food here. You can walk or cycle from Saint Georges to Port de Boyardville, which is eight km away. This route will lead you through delightful woods and ancient salt 'morasses'. You will see the most picturesque part of the island. You can enjoy various water sports such as sailing, kite-surfing and surfing on the Atlantic Ocean. The holiday park consists of forty-five detached villas. This villa has a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There are at least 2 mountain bikes belonging to the house. The bikes are suitable for discovering the island and getting to the Plaisance and Gautrelle beaches.
