The staff were remarkably helpful and pleasant. The hotel, restaurant and grounds were just fabulous, couldn't have had a better hotel. Looking in some of the other rooms, they appeared to be much more updated than the room where we stayed. Our room was quite nice, roomy, private, interesting room layout, but the decor was a wee bit dated.
