Wat mensen zeggen
Most welcoming and friendly. Mr Xavianne could not have been more helpful. This is an ideal location for breaking a long car journey to/from The Alps. It is just a few minutes off the Motorway but in a peaceful rural location. There is a large courtyard for secure parking. The breakfast was wonderful featuring home made jams. The town of Cambrai is close by with excellent restaurants and shops. A perfect stay in all respects. alle beoordelingen »
Very helpful owner who spoke English well and appreciated my attempts to speak in French. Very comfortable room and very nice breakfast. You can park in front of the accommodation within the owner's farm property, which is just at the edge of the village. There is a little cafe a few seconds walk away for a beer or coffee and there's a small shop nearby which is occasionally open..
The room was perfect for a family of four - very comfortable beds, great shower room and nice architecture.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Le Clos Xavianne was tastefully decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, including homemade preserves. Our host was very helpful and accomodating. It was a charming place to stay in the country. We would definitely stay again.
Owner more than welcoming and friendly .A nice gesture was welcoming "cuppa" and plates so we could eat our salad on the patio(no reastaurant so took our own to save driving out to Cambrai )delightful gardens and lots of ancient farm equipment in barns.
A warm welcome from a very genial and helpful host. Comfortable, clean accommodation, secure free parking, delicious home made jams at breakfast....and see if you spot the fun art of the watering can orchestra! A memorable stay.
Nice location with charming owner to look after you, all the facility's that you require for short break. Good location if you are visiting the WW1 sites.
A little gem boutique chambre d'hôte with such a Charm and welcoming owner.
The ideal break after a drive from or to the Eurotunnel
Can't wait to return.
Really warm welcome despite our late arrival. Excellent breakfast with some rather fabulous home made jam. Clean comfortable and relatively spacious.
Lovely rural setting. Wonderful hosts and very helpful. Very interesting farm with lots of antiquities. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anbody.

Lovely place, very quiet and restful. The owner was a delight and sitting outside the farm was outstanding and the breakfast was superb.
It was so charming also the host, very French and so nice being separate from the main house.
We loved it.
Friendly owner, clean and peaceful accommodation, great breakfast. Can't wait to return.
lovely comfortable beamed attic room. Good clean modern bathroom.
Attention to detail. Everything well thought through. A real host.
everthing except what I didn't like.
Beautiful character.
wonderful host.
Nothing!.
nothing, not even the lack of croissants :-)
Maybe that there is no very convenient exit from the motorway so a fair amount of driving of the national is needed but it was still worth it even for one night.
Nothing.
Nothing!.
Little of the beaten track, you need to ensure that you have all you need as there are no shops or restaurants locally.
Enjoyed it all no negatives.
Not close to any facilities. Nearest town was 10 kilometres away.
I really needed a kettle for my cups if tea!!.
didn't have a bath.
nearest restaurant approx 8 miles away.
a fair drive to a restaurant for dinner.
