simple facilities, really charming place. High ceilings, big comfy beds, clean room & bathroom, yummy breakfast. Super. I took my 7 yr old daughter for an educational trip, it was great to be somewhere with such character, a great experience & very close to restaurants etc.. -

There were plenty of good quality and value for money restaurants 5 inutes walk from the hotel. An ideal hotel for our overnight before catching the Eurotunnel back home.

An unexpected gem of a place. The restoration had been carried out sympathetically and to a very high quality without detracting too far from what was there originally. We loved the building, which is being restored by the father and son team. This makes each room different as it has been renovated in sympathy with the original. Don't expect hotel chain standardization. The attention of the owners and their welcome was wonderful. The food was superb. We have previously stayed in gourmet hotels in the area and this was of similar standard. The owners welcomed us in the warmest, friendliest way, They were very obliging, offering us advice on where to go, what events were on locally and the best routes to get to them. They took time out to chat with us and ask about our trip.

One of the best B&B’s we’ve stayed in France – the room was very well finished albeit a bit small – the owner was very helpful and most accommodating. We ate in the restaurant the food was excellent and very well priced - BB & evening meal with wine just over €100.00 excellent – definitely worth a visit we will certainly go back
