  Service was very good, even parking my car en getting it out of the garage was no problem to do for the manager. Everything was clean and the place was good. When we need a room next year we'll make a new reservation at privilodges - The location is good - just 10 minutes on foot to the very centre. It was very quite at night (but we stayed in A... wat mensen zeggen » ugust when most of the students were away). The kitchenette is fully equipped - we had everything to make food. The supermarche is 5 minutes walk and there are a few shops which work late hours. Private parking is also a good idea. - The apartment was more than adequate for our family, well equipped for family self-catering and well situated for exploring the city. It took us less than 20 mins with our 2 young children to walk to the cable car for a day trip. Would recommend.

We stayed for one night in the family apartment, which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped (flat screen tv in each room, dishwasher in the kitchen, etc.). The swimming pool was great and much enjoyed by our daughters. There was also free gym and sauna. This hotel borders on a boutique hotel feel. I could not hear any noise from the corridors or from neighbours, so a peaceful night's sleep was had by all.
