  We loved this Chateau! It is so beautiful. The location is perfect for day trips to Arles, Avignon, town of St. Remy, and other locations. The grounds were so nice to sit out under the stars at night with a full moon. It is a magical place. The staff are very friendly and helpful - Everything! Setting, Staff, Chef, roaring fire with a glass... wat mensen zeggen » of wine. Perfection. The evening dining experience is superb. Do not miss dining here. It is really a very special place. This is our third stay here.

  Pand met veel mogelijkheden - The room and bathroom were very spacious, and it felt like staying with friends in an old Mas deep in the countryside even if the city was actually quite close (not waking distance though).   Amazing hotel built out of the rock - dining area in the cave. Terrace with beautiful views. Fantastic location, a short walk to the town. Well run hotel. Lovely food. - Loved this experience! Very relaxing and enjoyed the rock room and the warm staff. Loved the outdoor terrace and hospitality and nighttime view of the lit ruins.

  We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful grounds and swimming pool at this hotel. The rooms were also quite nice, although we mainly just slept there. It's a bit of a walk if you want to walk up to Les Baux, but doable.We didn't eat the breakfast but it' looked wonderful, my husband just asked for coffee in the morning and was given a nice tr... wat mensen zeggen » ay to bring to the room. The staff were all very nice and helpful and spoke good english. This is also a good location to take day trips to Avignon, S - We have stayed at the Mas four times and always find the place relaxing, well run and friendly. The breakfast is lovely and our one lunch was memorable.. Quiet, rural and near Les Baux.

  What a fabulous and friendly hotel. We were delighted with the service, the location, the food and the pristine state of bedrooms and swimming pool alike. The owners were exceptional - warm and welcoming and patient with our young kids. We were thrilled to find somewhere sufficiently close to Nimes airport that we could sleep in and have a lovely ... wat mensen zeggen » swim on the day of departure. Will certainly be staying in this wonderful hotel again. - Only three miles from Arles, but like a country house. The dinners were well priced and delicious. The pool was recently refinished. Every room faces a garden with a terrace or patio. The rooms are large and so is the refurbished bathroom. We took walks along the country road after dinner. The hosts are charming and jolly. I just adored this guesthouse in Provence.

  I had heard lots of good things about Oustau and it did not disappoint. The grounds are stunning. We stayed at the Manoir in a room with a terrace. It basically had it's own private patio. The room itself was quite large and had a more rustic charm, the bathroom was fantastic and updated with all the amenities. The gardens and the main property w... wat mensen zeggen » ere beautiful as well. We ate lunch at the 2 star Michelin restaurant at the hotel. It was very pricey (as expected) but definitely worthwhile. As one - It was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and the food in the restaurant to die for.

  What an incredible hotel. My husband and myself were traveling with our 16 month daughter. We wanted to stay in a central location so that we could explore all of the beautiful parts of Provence.   We had a wonderful stay. We were first welcomed by Sofie. Although we were early, she helped us find our way around and held our bags until we returned. The rooms were comfortable and we were just outside of St. Remy. The restaurant was great and the service was responsive. Gui and Marie were attentive to our needs and our waiter Gregory responded... wat mensen zeggen » to our every whim. The hotel is close to a number of local towns worth visiting. We also rode e-bikes into the surrounding villages which we highly r - we had a wonderful week at Mas Valentine. Staff were so friendly and thoughtful. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated - bathrooms very well appointed. Breakfasts on the terrace were a highlight - beautiful pastries! We all enjoyed the pool which was kept scrupulously clean - there was plenty of space poolside and a bountiful supply of towels. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and we would definitely return.
