  I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp. In a great area, close to canal St Martin where the French eat and hang out. Service The staff is friendly and useful. 24Hr service. Restaurant It was very busy at lunch. All locals. And that's because it is a very good restaurant. Design Both the restaurant and the hotel are pretty cool. Unique modern design. The room Nice size room and bathroom. No carpet. Clean. Very comfy bed. Lot's of beauty product. Coffee maker. And more.

  Toen we arriveerden was men niet in staat onze boeking te traceren, men bleef echter vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Na een 20 tal minuten kregen we alsnog een kamer toegewezen. - Centraal, vlakbij metro. Prijs was gunstig, badkamer en douche ok.

  The Aero is a small neighbourhood hotel common in Europe and so it's small and efficient and a bit spartan from a services perspective (E.G., no concierge service or laundry/pressing are present). I had a room with a double bed. This room was abundantly spacious and comfortable compared to other European hotels I've stayed in where there is barely... wat mensen zeggen » space to breathe let alone store luggage or even just walk around the bed. The room was neat as a pin. The Hotel has been fairly recently constructed - Rooms were very clean and staff was really helpful and friendly. They even gave us a silver teapot to make coffee in the room:) the location was great, you can walk along one of the most beautiful roads to go to Eiffel. It is located in one of the typical French cartiers, there are not much tourist around, you can feel the air of original French lifestyle.

  Staff were very attentive, enthusiastic and helpful - and there was always at least a few present, so speaking to someone was always fast and easy. The guest computer and printer in the reception lobby was a nice bonus too (as I urgently needed to print documents for the semi de Paris. Fresh squeezed orange juice as well! - The hotel has excellent location right near metro Bercy, 2 stations from Chatelet. There are several nice restaurants and a nice park nearby. Breakfast is nice, no warm meal though. Just ham, cheese, break, croissants (excellent), juice, cafe, some fruits, jogurts. But plenty of all of it and in a good quality.

They even have a first aid kit for us when my wife fell down when we were out and had to nurse her wound back at the hotel. Breakfast was generous. The neighbor feels/is safe and it is like being in a familiar community while being in a big city.

  The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro.
