  prettig hotel, met goed ingerichte ruime kamer (in ons geval), prettige ligging - The service was excellent and friendly. Everybody spoke English beautifully. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  The price and location were great. The gentleman that works the front desk and bar which is attached to the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but it's Paris, you won't find much bigger for the cheap price. The area was excellent and a 2 minute walk to Voltaire metro station which you can connect to anywhere in the city. - Go... wat mensen zeggen » od location, near to Metro station and Supermarket (150 m).   Got a taxi from Gare du Nord for just under Euro 20. Hotel has two steps up to reception and an elevator. We chose this hotel as it was close to Montpanasse RER which we needed the following morning. Other hotels are closer but this hotel was better value for money. We had tea and coffee facilitie - Loved the location. It's in an area where there are a lot going on but there aren't many tourists and we felt totally safe. Unlike certain neighborhoods in district 2, 9, and 11 where we don't feel safe. The neighborhood is very diverse and has a very "authentic" vibe because there aren't too many tourists that venture out there. The second-hand market two blocks from the hotel on Sundays was so much fun! Hotel was very clean and reasonably priced. Bathroom is updated and new. Staff was overall

All week they went above what we asked for. The neighborhood was very fun. Always something to watch from our window. Loved the vitality of the area.   After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. The guy at the reception was friendly and speaks English well. Really helpful guy, didn't manage to catch his name though. I got a room at the 2nd highest floor facing - What I like about the hotel is, easy access to the train station and a bus to the city and to all tourists destinations in Paris. The staff are very friendly and kind and I believed they are the owner of the hotel (family business) my sister and I are the guest at the hotel and suddenly my cousin decide to join us where we stayed. So, I go down to the reception and ask that I would like to add 1 more person in our hotel room, the guy at first is hesitant to do so, but later on, he gave us anoth
