  I particularly liked two members of the staff - one worked on reception and was called Nicolas and the other was the chambermaid. Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent. - We had our 10 year old grand daughter with us - Booked a family room - there was a separate bedroom for her. Rooms had been updated The hotel is being updated and work is happening on a daily basis - Sign at reception apologies in advance for any noise - Construction work is done between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm - Did not effect our stay.   The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful with ticket bookings etc. There was always someone at reception including late in the evening. We were booked into a superior double but were upgraded into a junior suite so the room for our budget was great. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which was an unexpected treat!   The apartment was everything we needed for our stay. It was basic and small though I believe every accommodation in Paris is the same. The location was perfect- right next to Sacre Coeur and metro. I would stay here again.
