Please inform us in advance of your flight number / train information. This will allow us to anticipate delays in your arrival. Please note that arrivals should be between 17.00 and 19.00. Key collection is not possible before 17:00, and fees apply to arrivals after 19:00. For arrivals before 17.00, free luggage storage is available at the property's office (From Tuesday through Saturday, 10.00-13.00 and 15.00-19.00). If arriving after 19.00, the following fees apply: - From 19:00 to 21:00: EUR 30 - From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 50 - From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 100 The security deposit will be used to cover any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It is set via a pre-authorization (Visa and Mastercard only). Cheques or cash will not be accepted for the security deposit. The pre-authorization on your Visa/Mastercard will be released after your departure, following an inspection of the accommodation. American Express and holiday cheques are not accepted. Only Euros are accepted for cash payments. The cleaning fee is mandatory and not included in the price. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Ashley&Parker 39 rue de France, 06000 Nice. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
