  Everything about our stay was excellent. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating, so far as even collecting our breakfast from the bakery for our early morning start on our leaving day. We have a 1 year old who loved their dog and they let him play with her which was lovely. Coffee on arrival from our long journey, also very welcome! All in a - A beautiful cottage which the owners, who were charming and helpful, have restored to a high standard. We had chosen Le Mans as an overnight stop on our way to Roscoff from Italy. In fact we were very pleasantly surprised by Le Mans itself and the cottage was perfectly situated for exploring the historic centre which is very attractive. There were several good restaurants close to the cottage but we enjoyed having the option to self cater. The cooking facilities were limited but sufficient to p

Underground carpark which seems quite secure making it good for an overnight in transit elsewhere. Although its located next to the train station and tramline, it is well insulated and we didn't hear anything. Easy to take the tram or walk into the town. Small kitchen meant you could make a hot drink or a snack. Great value for money and very clean, modern hotel. Secure parking.
