  We are in our early fifties (still 18 in mind) On paper/screen, this hotel ticked all of our boxes, situated a stones throw from the metro it combines the ease of access to the Parisian must sees but still seeing the real city in all its glory. The hotel and all staff were all A*. We are not hotel inspectors but could not fault a thing. Like films, all very personal and others opinions - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had accidentally booked our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10 minutes away

  The location was perfect, easy to access the main stations. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was the best! They even folded nicely our pijamas!! - location is great,hotel clean,room small but with a very good bed,nice shower....and in my case a perfect view over paris from my balcony from the ninth floor.

  The staff were so helpful! Whatever we needed or wherever we needed to go, they directed us to the right place. Very close to the underground train and buses. Grocery stores, ATM's near by. Restaurants for all taste. Some good, and some bad. But, you good not do better with the staff. They made the stay very nice. This is not a luxury hote... wat mensen zeggen » l. Just a step up from a Hostel. But, very clean. Very small elevator, only fits two people. But not a problem. No air conditioner in rooms, so m - Picked this hotel by reading reviews and didn't regret a second. Excellent location - metro is only 3 min walk, lots of shops around, pharmacy and lots of fruit counters. Were returning back to hotel around 11-12 in the evening and didn't spot a single weirdo. The room was spotless and warm every single day. Bathroom and toilet are very clean with the towels changed every day.
