  The rooms were very clean, the furnishings modern and did not have the used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a "W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the reservations that you request. Location is excellent as well. Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

  This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers and will stay there again during my next trip to Paris. - The Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees is in an excellent location for exploring, we were very well looked after and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

The hotel is a typical french hotel with its elite decoration. I like the decoration a lot. Also the breakfast was excellent. It was the best breakfast for me in whole Europe. You can find several kinds of cheese, butter, bread, jams,etc.. So they do not offer you only croissant .. It was delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly. So I love the hotel very much..   Staff were excellent. Hotel had a great location as well. Fridge didn't work in our room, however on the second night, they upgraded us to a premium room - with a working fridge. Wife can't have room temperature wine, after all! - Gréât location to visit city, rooms are very clean . Staff are very helpful and friendly.
