  The rooms were very clean, the furnishings modern and did not have the used look. Stylish design - sort of like a scaled down version of a "W" hotel. Bathroom is clean with decent water pressure for showers. The staff is to be commended - very helpful - will make all the reservations that you request. Location is excellent as well. Rouben and the other staff were helpful, understanding of a foreign in their country, and filled with lots of information and suggestions. I travel throughout the world and by far this is the best staff I have encountered. Hats off to the person that put together such a great staff. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Paris. I will tell my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

  This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers and will stay there again during my next trip to Paris. - The Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees is in an excellent location for exploring, we were very well looked after and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room.   Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and many of the main tourist attractions, this hotel is well positioned for sightseers and shoppers alike. We thought it excellent value for this location. Our room was small but well-fitted and with a very comf... wat mensen zeggen » ortable bed, and the double glazing kept out the street noise effectively. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!
