Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is so clean and fresh it looks like it was built only weeks ago. Location is in Madeleine just near the metro.   First of all the location was excellent. The staff in the reception very friendly & professional, the room was spacious, very clean and calm, the breakfast was delicious.
