  The location was amazing. It is a couple short blocks from the Notre Damme in one direction, and the Pantheon in the other. There are very many great restaurants and you are really in the heart of the action, but the hotel itself is on a quiet block so you don't have to deal with hearing the night life and busy-ness just a block or two away. It is in - The overall decor is typically old French, with paintings and classic design features. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spectacular and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The air-conditioning was great. For it's location (Latin Quarter), the price was quite reasonable. Communication with the hotel staff prior to our arrival was very friendly and helpful.

  The hotels delivers exactly what it promises. The looks are amazing, ceiling like a night sky. Beds are sturdy and comfy, showers fit easily 2-3 people at once. Curtains are heavy and block any disturbance from the street. Wifi is free and works fine, staff is super nice, speaks English. Just pop open your champagne, forget about the outer world..... wat mensen zeggen » . and enjoy yourself. - Like a set out of Dr Who. Glowing showers, floating beds. Absolutely ridiculous. In a good way. I'm not sure you would want to stay there long term but for a short break it's great. The kids thought it was absolute heaven. That included phoning a restaurant for me to confirm reservations that I had made through a website. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. In the beautiful neighbourhood of St Germain des Pres on the left bank. I was close to the metro, close to Notre Dame and the hop on/hop off tour was right near the hotel too. Made touring Paris so easy! I booked a larger room - I thought it was perfect for one person. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.
