  We enjoyed the lovely decor, comfortable bed and nicely-sized room (recommend the Supreme). The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very near La Madeleine as well as several designer shops. It is off the beaten path just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. We had a mem... wat mensen zeggen » orable anniversary dinner at the wonderful "Visconti" restaurant located up the street from the hotel. Fine wine, scrumptious veal and the best crème - The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the time. I arrived pretty late and they organized a perfect resaurant for us which was fabulous. Typical french restaurant( Tante Louise). If you would like to economise, you probably check another one. I will definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I had already chech out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, by the way they also know some very good restaurants in the area. We actually walk from hotel to all above places, and Louvre, Musee d'orsay, Notre Dame, Pompidou, Hotel de Ville... That included phoning a restaurant for me to confirm reservations that I had made through a website. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. In the beautiful neighbourhood of St Germain des Pres on the left bank. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.
