  Good location just off Champ Elsyees, excellent helpful friendly staff, lovely room. - Near to the champs elysee ( 5 min. Walking), staff are nice and helpfull( we came early from the airport but we did not find any problemchecking in to the room).

  I have aspired to stay in this hotel since I first visited Paris as a student and could not afford it...I Was not DISSAPOINTED,as follows... Lovely staff. Child Friendly. Excellent Location. Honesty Bar and 24 hour service (we did not use it but nice to know it's there). Calm atmosphere... Oasis in the middle of mad Paris ! Garden Suite... (Too ho... wat mensen zeggen » t to use during our visit but nice to know it was there).. 4* accolade but bordering on 5* Chess in the lounge for the kids (mine are 7 and 11) ... go - The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

  Location - close to shops, sightseeing, yet not noisy. The room and bathroom were luxurious. Food was lovely. Staff knew our names. The hotel smells amazing! - Great staff. Lovely rooms. Real desire to accommodate. Wonderful concierges. Nice spa with superb therapists. Spectacular location.

  The decor was amazing and very contempory art designed rooms and hotel. The staff always went out of their way for things they didn't need to go out of their way for The complimentary Madeleines and fruits in the room upon arrival added that little extra touch of class and gratitude.   The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro. I could no... wat mensen zeggen » t confirm that the rooms have noise(sound) proof but I did not get any trouble about the noise. The room was a tiny but I did not expected the huge s - Breakfast was great. Staff brill. I asked for a view of Eiffel Tower and we got it, top floor, room 904 superb. watched the Tower show every night as it played the light tune. Looked forward to getting back after every night out!!
