  The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. We felt like we were guest in here home, not just staying in a generic h - Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and many of the main tourist attractions, this hotel is well positioned for sightseers and shoppers alike. We thought it excellent value for this location. We chose to skip the hotel breakfasts in favour of a much cheaper cafe/croi - We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

  We spent 3 days here with our three children -- 14, 11 & 8. The apartment was spacious enough for us to be comfortable, including a bunk bed in one of the rooms. Upon being dropped off on a Sunday afternoon, the taxi driver asked if we were sure this was the place as the entrance looked a bit odd and suspect and the street was expectedly dead ... wat mensen zeggen » for a late Sunday. However, the area is very convenient and we spent the three days walking to all the places we wanted the kids to see --- Louvre, Ei - We traveled with 6 people to Paris and were very pleased with our apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped so we could eat breakfast and a light dinner in our room, a grocery store and Patiserrie were a 5-minute walk a the most for our bread and other necessities, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the security was excellent, we had a great view of the garden, laundry machines were in our kitchen so very convenient, the refrigerator was large.
