  This hotel is in an excellent location. Turn left when you walk out front door to Metro station. About 200 yds. Monoprix supermarket opposite is marvellous - Paris prices of course. Turn right and a two minute walk along the Rue de Bac takes you to the Seine. on the way you will see marvellous boulangerie on left and delicatessen on right (one ... wat mensen zeggen » block up). At the end of Rue de Bac, the Musee d'Orsay is on your left and walk across the bridge in front of you and you're at the Louvre! Turn left - The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

  Excellent location for a Paris trip, beautifully decorated and equipped rooms which are sound proofed to a very high standard and have excellent black out curtains, bathrooms excellent too and staff very helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent food until late at night with very helpful and friendly staff. It's a 4 star hotel... wat mensen zeggen » and deserves that rating for sure. - The hotel was beautifully designed, the rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the dining room/breakfast spot was wonderful. The staff was courteous and helpful, the location is the best in Paris and the rates are very reasonable.

  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Location is so good that you can go on foot where ever you want to in the centre, Champs E. is just around the corner but it is not n... wat mensen zeggen » oisy in the room, and the metro is just around the corner. Will definitely stay there again. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

  Plaza Athenee captured the air of romance Paris is famous! I enjoyed my two day trip completely.....till the last touch of hospitality. I will surely return many more times. For me, it was the perfect hotel I'd like to spend a whole month in! If only I could afford that!!!! - This was not my first stay in this hotel and I still like it a lot.
