  Location excellent. Room size is adequate. Staff on reception friendly and helpful. Bath very nice, shampoo and bath salts provided. Room serviced daily, bed made, clean towels and fresh glasses. The reception area is comfortable and welcoming. Several areas to sit by fire or read books or general sitting all on comfortable lounges. The two draws ... wat mensen zeggen » under the desk are very handy and they make for more space on the desk. The toilet is literally 2 steps from my bed. Wifi connection good in room and - I loved the location, because it's already close to several attractions, the most obvious one being the Notré Dame Cathedral. The metro and RER are close by so you can make it to different parts of Paris with ease. The hotel itself was excellent - clean, comfortable and modern. I went with my younger brother, who is 11 years old and so the hotel is appropriate for older children. The staff were very helpful and perfectly bilingual.

  The location of this hotel is perfect, in the centre of Paris yet in the peace and quiet of L'Isle de Louis. We booked a double room but were upgraded to a triple room at the top of the building. We had a huge comfortable bed and a bed settee. The room had a little balcony and a large bathroom with a bath! We couldn't fault the hotel,the staff wer... wat mensen zeggen » e very friendly and efficient. - They have remodeled and updated the rooms since our last stay and have done a wonderful job with a small space. Very comfortable and somewhat elegant. Superior room definitely worth the extra euros as standard rooms are somewhat tight. I have stayed at each hotel on Ile St. Louis, and definitely prefer this.

  Warm inviting hotel. Very kind staff. Like walking into your grandmother's house. You felt welcome and taken care of.   The location was amazing. It is a couple short blocks from the Notre Damme in one direction, and the Pantheon in the other. There are very many great restaurants and you are really in the heart of the action, but the hotel itself is on a quiet block so you don't have to deal with hearing the night life and busy-ness just a block or two away. It is in - The overall decor is typically old French, with paintings and classic design features. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spectacular and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The air-conditioning was great. For it's location (Latin Quarter), the price was quite reasonable. Communication with the hotel staff prior to our arrival was very friendly and helpful.

  Our stay was like a dream come true. We loved the old paintings, spiral stairs, velvet, exposed beams and historical ambiance. The location is amazing--just steps away from Centre Pompidou. Norte Dame is also very near and makes a great nighttime stroll. Also, the staff was incredibly charming, funny and good-natured. - intriguing, almospheric interior. great location, easy to get to to tourist destinations, but close to the marais for socialising. I've stayed here 3 times (twice before it had a refurbishment), and I usually try a new hotel each time I visit Paris, but enjoy staying here. had a room at the front this time with a very Parisian view, and the sound of church bells in the morning.

  The staff spoke english and was very friendly and helpful. I sent an email to the hotel a few days before arrival and asked if were is a possibility to get a room with a view to the street, they replied very quickly and told me that if such a room will be available on the date of our arrival, they will save it for us. I was ready for a really small room but it was actually completely alright, each of us had a suitcase a - When I arrived, I was not sure whether I needed an additional night. he staff immediately were able to provide this for me (lucky). The room they had assigned to me for the initially booked stay had had a smoker in it - I was moved to a very nice room immediately, no question. Breakfast was fine for me. Bed was comfortable. Table/desk in the room allowed me to work comfortably when necessary. Location was excellent. I was entirely pleased and shall book there the next time I return to Paris
