  I was very happy with our greeting to the hotel. Very considerate knowing we would be tired let us to our room straight away. Also found all the staff we spoke to very helpful, probably the best from all the hotels we had already visited. They went over and beyond to help us.   I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. The hotel is located near a few metro lines and even better close to Gare St Lazare which is ideal for travel. Variety of restaurants nearby, budget and expensive ones. Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel). Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying. Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

  The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good. I definitely will stay in this hotel for the next time. - The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time.   As soon as we arrived to the hotel we were greeted by a very nice member of staff at the 24/7 reception who was very helpful. The room was clean, smart and much more than I expected for a 2star. After reading some reviews on this hotel - I was slightly anxious about the cleanliness of the hotel - but once we arrived - it was clear that they were w... wat mensen zeggen » rong. The hotel was warm, quiet and really comfortable. The members of staff (inc the cleaners) were all very nice and helpful and even on our last d - Hotel is small and neat. Bed is comfortable. Young man at the reception, Sam, is definitely the brightest star of the hotel. Great value for money.Breakfast we didn't take, but for 7.5euros in Paris there are no much things you can buy. Bear in mind that coffee is between 2.2-2.8 euros, croissant is 1.2, and ordinary breakfast at the street is between 10 and 15 euros. Has everything you need air conditioner, tv, clean towels, soap and shampoo. For 2 star hotel, this is very reasonable.
