  Le Burgundy Hotel is a hidden gem in central Paris, worthy of its "5 Star" status. Mr. Jose Gonzalez and the entire Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant, making our stay very special as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.
