  I'm not sure what the negatives reviews were all about. People's expectations must have been set too way too high. This hotel was precisely what we presumed it would be -- a fine affordable alternative. We had no problems with the rooms or cleanliness and no issue with the matter-of-fact handling (the staff was busy with other things too). The hot... wat mensen zeggen » el was within easy walking distance of the train station, the beach and right in the commercial mix of Cap d'Ail. As others have reported, the food in - The room was clean and the water was hot, so it is good value. The airconditioning was amazing! The food at the hotel was very good. Perfectly located in terms of public transportation. Beach was energy sapping 10 minute walk away, but a good experience nonetheless.
