  The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool, suana, hot tub and steam room facilites were nice (except one thing in the next comment). Good location to other bars and restuarants and not a bad walk to the lifts - maybe 5-7 minutes. The ski shop Chaudanne Sports, just across the street, were super friendly and helpful. Even helped my wife putt... wat mensen zeggen » ing on and taking off her boots each day. Boots that had been dried and warmed by them overnight. Can't say enough about their service. - The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

  We loved the ski in/ski out position next to the lifts. The food was excellent in both restaurants. The staff were friendly and made you feel special. - friendly ambiance
