That included phoning a restaurant for me to confirm reservations that I had made through a website. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  Angelique ,our receptionist could have not have been more helpful! We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open! Can´t comment on Breakfast ,as we love to buy fresh bread & coffee/juice in the morning and make - Very clean, intimate rooms. Have to mention that the people make this hotel a well worth stay. Reception staff, particularly Angelique and house made staff were courteous and attentive to all our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at budget value for money accommodation

  The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  Perfect, central location for exploring Paris. Very nice room with amenities like tea maker, safe, hair dryer, mini-bar. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, high ceiling and big, surprisingly sound-proof window. Staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful. There are very many great restaurants and you are really in the heart of the action, but the hotel itself is on a quiet block so you don't have to deal with hearing the night life and busy-ness just a block or two away.
