  Very efficient, helpful, friendly staff. The hotel has been recently renovated with beautiful new fittings. Good food served at breakfast. Great location. - Just a great base for Paris. The Metro is just outside the door. Great Hotel and Saint Germain is the place to be. Would use this hotel again.

  The staff were friendly and helpful, and all requests were dealt with efficiently and with a smile. That included phoning a restaurant for me to confirm reservations that I had made through a website. The location of the hotel was ideal for us. In the beautiful neighbourhood of St Germain des Pres on the left bank. A name they received because of the lively bars and quality bistrots on th - I loved the location! I was close to the metro, close to Notre Dame and the hop on/hop off tour was right near the hotel too. Made touring Paris so easy! I booked a larger room - I thought it was perfect for one person. I think two people would have been cramped - but for me it was great (besides who needs a large room when you're in Paris?) I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

  A great location with beautifully newly renovated rooms.The lounge is a wonderful area to relax in over a glass of wine and discuss the days events with other travellers. We always have fond memories of the delicious breakfast in the cave. We will certainly be back again. - The hotel was great. Staff very helpful and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better - on the left bank across from the Louivre. The rooms were small but beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and fresh.

  Angelique ,our receptionist could have not have been more helpful! We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open! Angelique, managed to give us a triple for same price for 1st night and then ... wat mensen zeggen » to our booked double (52) on following 2 nights! Can´t comment on Breakfast ,as we love to buy fresh bread & coffee/juice in the morning and make - Very clean, intimate rooms. Have to mention that the people make this hotel a well worth stay. Reception staff, particularly Angelique and house made staff were courteous and attentive to all our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking at budget value for money accommodation
