  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were truly wonderful. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.

  Great place to stay staff really friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room but no view which didnt matter to us as we were sightseeing most of the time. Bed was really comfortable. Close to most attractions and eating places. Close to metro. - So lovely to be so close to the main attractions like Eiffel Tower;) close to restaurants;) hotel st... wat mensen zeggen » aff friendly and helpful;) great view of Eiffel Tower from our room;) and amazing shower;) got upgraded to a deluxe room;)
