The reception on duty were very accomodating esp the guy, i forget the name "sorry" who always has a smile whenever we ask a hot water everytime we arrive late in the evening.

All week they went above what we asked for. The neighborhood was very fun. Always something to watch from our window. Loved the vitality of the area. The staff is really helpful and correct, they all try to do their best for you and your family (call for the transfer, e.g.). Stayed one night in the double comfort and one night in the double standard - only difference was a slightly larger bed in the comfort. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly.
