  The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it. The price is very good for what you can generally get in -for no reason- expensive Paris. Last but not least - Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible. I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese). Normaal gezien te hoge prijsklasse voorons gezin (toch als je kijkt naar prijzen op de deur van de hotelkamer(700 eur per nacht voor een familiekamer)) maar door een week voorvertrek te reserveren hebben we een schitterende zaak gedaan.   Location was pretty good. Only 10min walk from Bastille and also 5min walk from Breguet Sabin. There were many cafes and restaurants near by the accomodation. Especially the owner, Caroline was so nice and kind that she can touch anybody come to the accomodation, and we were also touched from our hearts. Even if we broke the lamp just beside our b... wat mensen zeggen » ed, she wasn't be angry at all. She asked us if we were OK and said not to be sorry and depressed. We tried to charge for the damage, but she denied. - Caroline, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The decor was new and vibrant but most importantly clean! The bathroom in the comfort double room was fantastic and very modern. The location was great, with a vibrant traditional cafe strip at the of the road and subway stations 5 mins away. Breakfast was simple and enjoyable. This is a perfect stay for a solo traveller or young couple on a city break. Would most definately recommend it.

  A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening.
