  The location is more than ok since it is found not far from a metro station. It is definately clean. Breakfast is excellent in terms of quality. It certainly consists of an adequate variety and i can not see why should someone complain about it. The price is very good for what you can generally get in -for no reason- expensive Paris. Last but not least - Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible. I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).   The proprietors were very welcoming and attentive and happy to greet us. We had a beautiful room outlooking the courtyard with french doors and a small balcony on which to sit (bliss - one morning I awoke to the birds singing - who gets this in any city setting?). In the comfort room there was a change of towels each day, hairdrier in the closet and free of charge safe. Location is perfect, next to Oberkampf metro station, and also near to the second one.   Excellent location, Marais is such a lively and vibrant Place. Hotel was more than comfortable, very modern and great design..friendly staff, relatively quiet for saturday night im Paris..   Room was beautifully designed and lit, bed was very comfortable indeed and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was great too - all in all a brilliant place to stay - First time in Paris a hotel room is that big! Really luxurious feeling and comfortable. Also wifi worked properly, fats and reliable. Not used to this.

  The room was compact but there was everything you needed including lots of space to hang clothes. The breakfast was really lovely - lots of choice and a variety of fresh products. The location is fantastic - you can get all around Paris easily from Republique metro. The room was very clean and the shower was great. The room was very quiet. The attitude of staff was most helpful as well. Cleanliness was tops, and a nice change from some hotels I have found in the past. All in all, everyone did all they could to help me during my stay. Also for someone who isn't a good sleeper, the quietness of the hotel was most pleasing.

  Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, delicate bathroom, friendly staff. We had our baby with us, and the hotel offered a baby cot free of charge. Also, the location is great. Just around the corner you have Place de la Republique with several good places to have breakfast / brunch. Our favourite was Café de la Republique. Also,... wat mensen zeggen » only 10-15 mins walking distance to the shopping and bar/cafe area in Le Marais. We even walked 25-30 mins to Montmartre. I.e. this is a good locatio - The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us. The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs.   nice homely atmosphere, with unique and funky interior decor - every room is individual and based on natural themes (ours was aubergine, everything was purple). We had the junior suite (the largest room on each floor) which was a reasonable size for a local Paris hotel. The staff were friendl and helpful, and the food in their restaurent, although - Good, safe neighborhood. 1 minute away from small metro stop, 5 minutes away from major metro stop. Very comfy beds. EXCELLENT staff at front who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Always felt safe there. Also, adorable puppy who is at the front desk most of the time... Brightened my day!
