  nice clean room (a bit tiny) friendly staff, elevator, air conditioning, it wasn't the best area, but we didn't bother about this, metro and railway station 3 minutes and 10 minutes walk from the hotel, even if you want to walk to the centre of Paris it takes you about 30 minutes - It was a great experience.   It is a brand new property. A chic hotel in a central part of the city. Easy metro access and lots of eateries near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While they offer a variety of room sizes (ours was medium) it was an interesting layout and nicely appointed. When our travels take us to Paris again, we will definitely book Eugene again.

  The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business. The internet access in the room was very reliable. A little awkward was the washroom and shower were in different rooms.

  We are in our early fifties (still 18 in mind) On paper/screen, this hotel ticked all of our boxes, situated a stones throw from the metro it combines the ease of access to the Parisian must sees but still seeing the real city in all its glory. The hotel and all staff were all A*. We are not hotel inspectors but could not fault a thing. Like films, all very personal and others opinions - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had accidentally booked our bus ticket for the wrong day and didn't find out until the day of and the friendly Receptionist helped us contact the agency to rectify the issue. Thank goodness! The location was close to Gare du Nord and easy to find. The metro is a block away and very convenient (just be mindful of pickpockets when you are entering the metro, anywhere in Paris, as a matter of fact). This Best Western is also located 10 minutes away

  Absoluut. Dergelijke hotels hebben natuurlijk kleine kamers, met soms nul uitzicht. Maar de kamer was wel fijn ingericht en schoon! Fijn. Goede plek om te zijn. - Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk! De locatie is goed.
